Sound Bath Booking & Refund Policy

At Spirit of Essence, each sound bath session is thoughtfully prepared to create a deeply relaxing and intimate experience. As spaces are limited, the following policy ensures fairness for all attendees.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior notice.
Late Arrivals / No Shows
Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun, to preserve the experience for others.
No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Event Changes or Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Spirit of Essence needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
Health & Wellbeing
If you feel unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. Transfers may be offered at discretion.
