The changing over of the calendar is a great time to revisit and reflect on what happened during the past year and to realign with what our intentions are for the coming year.

The Yoga Shed is accessed through the green doorway, set back slightly from the main path between "Occassions" and the Co-op. Walk through the green door and follow the covered walkway straight to the studio door.
There is a small car park charge for parking in the square (max 80p for 3 hours) which can be paid in cash at the machines or using the RingGo App. Alternatively, free parking is available at the community centre and old railway - about 5-8 mins walk away.
