◾ Orna qualified with a degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences in 2015 and continued her studies to qualify as a Physiotherapist from the University of Limerick in 2018.
◾ Orna has worked in a number of areas including paediatrics, women's health, orthopaedics, primary care and acute medical inpatient wards.
◾ Her interest for women's health was sparked in 2020 when I worked as a physiotherapist in University Maternity Hospital Limerick, where I treated clients throughout there pregnancy journeys via outpatient clinics and antenatal education.

◾ Fun Fact: I am an adrenaline chaser! I completed a skydive in New Zealand in 2019 from a height of 13,000ft and most recently went paragliding in Switzerland taking in the beautiful view of the Alps!
◾ My Why: The best part of my job is making a difference to people's lives no matter how small. The Bump Room provides a platform to empower women throughout such a special time in their lives. It helps them throughout their journey to stay physically and emotionally strong and builds confidence in their minds and bodies as they transition into motherhood.
