Join somatic movement educator and author Nahid de Belgeonne for an intimate and transformative brunch experience. In this 1.5-hour workshop, you'll enjoy delicious light brunch and coffee while learning practical, science-backed techniques to understand and rewire your nervous system.

About Your Host
Nahid de Belgeonne is a somatic movement educator and author who developed The Human Method™ after a near-death experience revealed the danger of ignoring her body's wisdom. After running central London yoga and Pilates studios for 13 years, she observed many successful women making the same mistake she had. This inspired her to create retreats, workshops, and corporate programs helping people reconnect with their body's intelligence.

Observing increasing burnout and anxiety among clients, Nahid created The Soothe Programme – an online program teaching what she wishes she'd known earlier: genuine transformation happens through the body, not the mind.

About the Elder Press Café

This gem of a café is one of Nahid’s favourite places to eat in London. Inspired by the local community, chef Lindsay Elder established The Elder Press Cafe in 2019 to create a hub for gatherings, chat, good coffee and tasty treats. The elegant restoration of this former building merchants has created an oasis of delight very close to the River Thames in Hammersmith. The palette of pinks and greens has echoes of Wes Anderson, fresh flowers decorate the tables and the patio garden has an almost Mediterranean feel. Lindsay is a very hands-on chef and you’ll often see her working in the kitchen with her lovely team. Here you’ll find the perfect place to enjoy your tasty treats or pick up a take-away to enjoy by the river.
