This will be a deeply calming, meditative experience where you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drumming, and gentle soundscapes.
This is a chance to simply âbeâ â to slow down, soften, and allow the sound waves to wash over you and support deep rest.

Weâre so looking forward to welcoming you to our first intimate Soundbath experience at The Snug in Dunblane.
This calming evening has been created as a chance to pause, breathe, rest and simply receive. Youâll be immersed in soothing crystal singing bowls, drumming and gentle soundscapes designed to help calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation.
đż What to bring:âą A cosy blanketâą Cushion/pillow for comfortâą Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie onâą Eye mask (optional)âą Water bottleâą Warm, comfortable clothing
Please arrive 10â15 minutes early to allow time to settle in before we begin. As this is a meditative experience, weâll start promptly and late entry may not be possible once the session has started.
đ« During the Soundbath:There is nothing you need to âdo.â Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the sounds and vibrations to wash over you. Everyoneâs experience is different â you may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, energised or simply peaceful.
đ§Ÿ Important information:Soundbaths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, for anyone experiencing sound-induced epilepsy, or for those with severe sound-sensitive mental health conditions.
