Cancellations & Refund Policy

The Yoga Collective has been created to serve a community, and we fully appreciate life can be unexpected. However if you need to cancel a class, we do appreciate as much notice as possible to support the teacher and other class members attending.
Thank you very much in advance for your cooperation with this.

If a cancellation request is initiated by the Customer:

• Cancellations can be made upto 2 hours before the class by the customer.

• In order to receive a class transfer or full refund, cancellations must be made upto 24 hours before the beginning of their class booked directly through Bookwhen.

• Refund requests initiated by the customer will be paid back in full minus the Bookwhen 2% booking fee which TYC has already been charged as this is non-refundable.

• Unfortunately, late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows will result in the loss of a refund or class credit.

If the Cancellation is initiated by The Yoga Collective:

• In the event that The Yoga Collective has to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will firstly aim to offer you a transfer for an alternative class via Bookwhen.

• If that date is unsuitable, you will have the option of either receiving a full credit note voucher to spend on your next class or a straight full refund. Refunds take 5-10 days to process through our payment partner STRIPE.
