Refund & Cancellation Policy

By booking a place on any United Canine Services workshop, seminar, course, or event, you agree to the following terms:

Customer cancellations

• More than 28 days before the event: A full refund will be provided, less any non refundable booking or payment processing fees normally 10 percent
• 14 to 28 days before the event: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
• Less than 14 days before the event: No refund will be given.

As places are limited and your booking reserves a space that cannot always be resold at short notice, refunds cannot be offered for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

If we are able to fill your place from a waiting list, we may, at our discretion, offer a full or partial refund, or transfer your booking to another suitable event.

Transfers

Booking transfers are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion where sufficient notice is given and places are available.

Non attendance

Failure to attend an event without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be given.

Cancellation by United Canine Services

If we need to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• A transfer to an alternative date.

We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, or other costs incurred as a result of an event being cancelled or rescheduled.

Exceptional circumstances

We understand that emergencies can happen. Any requests outside this policy will be considered on a case by case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.
