We will make every effort to ensure that your creative experience goes ahead on the confirmed date and time. However if the event needs to be cancelled by Unwind With Lisa should unforeseen conditions arise, an alternative date or time will be offered or a full refund will be given.

Unfortunately, all our workshops are non - transferable and refunds cannot be given for cancellations. Bookings are confirmed with full payment.
