Wilder Outdoor Education

Wilder Outdoor Education is an outdoor education provider and consultancy based in Dunbar, East Lothian. Founded in 2021 by Diane Christopherson (PGDE Education and Bsc Marine Biology) we offer expertise in curriculum led outdoor learning, forest school/bushcraft, environmental education/stewardship, learning for sustainability as well as nature connection and wellbeing in nature experiences. Our clients include primary and secondary schools, further education, charities, community organisations, families and adults. Diane is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and is currently studying towards a certification in Outdoor and Adveture therapy which she hope's to complete towards the end of 2026. Wilder work with sessional staff who bring a whole host of unique skills and interests to our services. All staff are disclosure checked and are outdoor first aid trained.
