Led by Kate, a Body Control Pilates Certified Teacher and former dancer, these Gentle Pilates Classes are suitable for all levels except absolute beginners.
They will challenge you to increase your core strength and improve your flexibility whilst staying safe and injury free.
Where applicable, the exercises will be taught with options as to the degree of difficulty enabling you to stay at the best level for you.
Remember, Pilates is not a stop gap between injuries, it is what holds everything together and assists with every aspect of movement in life.
NivÄ: Gentle, All Levels & Progression
All equipment is provided, so you simply need to bring yourself, however you are welcome to bring your own mat and head cushion if you would prefer.
