Cancellations- if the Association cancels a class, you will be able to transfer your drop in ticket to another class or contact us for a refund if you cannot do so. If you have a monthly subscription then you can attend another class in the month instead of your usual one. If you are unable to do so in the same month, please contact us.

Missed attendance at pre-paid drop in classes - you can transfer your ticket to any other suitable class. If it is impossible to rebook for a future class and a refund is needed then please contact us (refunds will need to have a small admin deduction for the bank charges).

Missed attendance on a subscription - please attend a different class within the same month. The subscription price is a significant discount on the drop-in class and we are unable to refund. However, if due to exceptional circumstances you do miss a lot of classes from one month e.g. due to a long illness and want to catch up, please contact us.

If you stop attending classes it is your responsibility to cancel your membership or contact us to cancel it for you. We cannot offer refunds backdated over an extended period of time. You will receive a monthly email from Bookwhen reminding you that your subscription is renewing.
