If you pay with a pass class cancellations are available up to 24 hours before the class and the cancellation will re-credit your pass.
If you pay as you go and cancel (at any time), there is no refund, so it is better to transfer your booking so you don't miss out
If you pay with a class pass, class cancellations within 24 hours will still be deducted from your pass (so better to transfer your booking, so you don't miss out).
Transfers are available on both pay as you go and class pass bookings, up to 1 hour before the class starts, but you can only transfer once and within 2 weeks of your current booking.
If there are exceptional reasons why you need to transfer more than once (e.g. Covid), then please contact me directly info@yogawithtori.co.uk
Transfers are only available to classes of equal or lower value, and any difference is not refunded.
COURSE AND WORKSHOP BOOKINGS (including the Yoga for Beginners Course):
Full* refund up to one week before the workshop/course,
50%* refund between 6 days and 48 hours before,
no refund inside of 48 hours.
*All refunds will be subject to an administration charge.
