Zumba with Darren
Hello everybody,
Welcome to the #ZumbaWithDarren booking page.
Here you can book both In-Person classes which take place at locations across Limerick, and virtually on ZOOM.
A Zumba® Class is a fun filled, dance party incorporating a great cardio workout with fun dance moves. Our members are from all walks of life, all shapes, sizes and abilities and range in age from 16 to 86! The hour-long class is filled with different rhythms and routines, which are changed every few weeks to incorporate new dances and new songs. It's an amazing energy and mood booster and you can't help but smile from start to finish. The moves can be extremely effective, you can take 5700+ steps per class & can burn between 400 to 1,000 calories in just one 1-hour session!
You don't have to be a dancer, just someone that loves music and enjoys life!
Zumba With Darren Classes are as follows:
- Tuesdays @6pm Tailteann Sports Hall, MIC (PAYG €3 Students / €5 Non-Students) BACK NEXT TERM 2026
- Tuesdays @7:45pm - Claughaun GAA Hall, Bloodmill Road, Limerick
- Wednesdays @6pm Tailteann Sports Hall, MIC (PAYG €3 Students / €5 Non-Students) BACK NEXT TERM 2026
- Wednesdays at 7:30pm - John F Kennedy Memorial School, Ennis Road, Farranshone More, Limerick
- Thursdays (Toning) at 7:45pm - Claughaun GAA Hall, Bloodmill Road, Limerick
- Saturdays at 10am - Coonagh Sport Club, Coonagh, Co. Clare
In-Person classes are €7 per class (unless otherwise stated)
Live Stream classes are €3.50 per class, and are held on the 'Zoom' platform.
For Virtual Classes, you will need to set up a free Zoom account to take the class. [www.zoom.us] Once you have booked the class, you will receive an email with all the class information including the Zoom Link, Meeting ID and Password. Please read this email in full.
Please be advised to wear suitable footwear/runners and to have some water nearby to keep hydrated.
