Swan Grace Pilates do not offer any full or partial refunds on individual classes or private or group class packages/passes.
In extreme circumstances such as physical or mental inability to continue with the sessions, refunds may apply in agreement with Swan Grace Pilates.
Passes not used within their pass timeframe are not refundable or transferable. If a pass is not used within the timeframe it is forfeit.
Please note that you are also unable to cancel a class and get a refund but you may transfer it to another date as long as you do this a minimum of 24 hours before your original class booking.
