Sweaty Mama is a unique and effective way to exercise with your child. Our classes allow you to bond with your child whilst you undertake the workout, with the option to utilise their weight to intensify the exercise, or use the handheld weights provided.
Join us for a fun workout, combining cardio and resistance to upbeat music you both will love! Suitable for all fitness levels, little ones from 6 weeks to 4 years old welcome. Run by a certified Pre & Postnatal Instructor.
We also run evening classes where all ladies are welcome to join us, with or without your little ones! A chance to escape the bedtime routine and focus on yourself for an hour.
