Join Sam for our special Sunrise Beach Yoga Sessions. These sessions really are special and will help you to feel calm and relaxed throughout the day.
Suitable for most, this is an energising yet calm yoga practice.
We are located close to the Top Cat cafe opposite the Sea Life Centre and Lodmoor Country Park. Parking is available there.
Please bring your own yoga mat, I recommend bringing two if you can as the ground is pebbly. Especially for the earlier months, please bring a blanket or 2 to ensure you are warm enough and wear layered clothing.
It’s always a lovely idea to bring a flask of something hot to drink and maybe your swimming gear so you can go for a dip in the sea afterwards. Many people do.
