Each training phase has specific technical components we are progressively working on and a combination of aerobic and threshold training to improve sustainable speed in the water.
Information about technical stroke improvement on the current phase of the program, training feedback and developing sustainable speed are provided at the sessions by the head coach.
Training resources are sent to swimmers who have consented to 'receive updates and newsletters' in their booking. Please opt in to ensure you receive this information to enhance your training!
Please report to the coach/ Fiona at the beginning of the session before getting in the water, so that your name can be checked off the register. You will be allocated to a lane for training in depending on the session objectives.
