This session provides in-depth knowledge around what the menopause is, how to manage menopause and guidance on signposting for line managers. Participants will gain a much greater understanding of the way menopause can impact a woman, the treatment options available and the right triage and signposting based on the latest clinical thinking. Includes 3-stage process booklet for colleagues and line manager guidance booklet for all attendees.
