South Yorkshire NHS ICB has teamed up with Experian, a data technology firm that operates the UK’s leading credit reference agency, to offer valuable guidance to workers on a range of financial topics.
Experian’s John Webb will provide an overview of credit reports and scores, designed to help raise workers’ understanding of this widely misunderstood topic, including what’s in a typical credit report, how credit scores are calculated, how to avoid being refused credit and how to grow your credit score to help get the best deals.
John Webb, Consumer Affairs Manager at Experian, helps deliver the company’s consumer education programme. This is focused on explaining credit reports and scores, and promoting a range of financial education initiatives. John studied International Business with Japanese at Nottingham Business School and later undertook a Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility at Nottingham University. John first joined Experian in 2012 and performed a number of customer service roles before moving to Consumer Affairs in 2017. John loves to travel and has lived abroad twice.
