The requirement for this course is that you have attended part one of the Menopause Advocacy course.
This course will include action planning and preparing you for how you will run sessions yourselves and detail common questions with answers.
We will cover the various options of raising awareness of menopause to include:
• Delivery of a colleague session and tools available to use
• Delivery of a line manager session and tools available to use
• Delivery of an in person and virtual Menopause café
• How to plan a menopause events
At the end of this session we will introduce your resource pack including:
• Slide deck for a 30-minute colleague session
• Slide deck for a 30-minute line manager session
• 'Menopause in Minutes' video
• Posters and leaflet samples
• 3-stage process booklet for colleagues
• Line manager guidance booklet
• Tips and samples of quizzes
• How you want to take this forward in your Trust
• The challenges you may face in rolling out your menopause awareness campaign
