Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are made subject to availability and are only confirmed once full payment has been received via the Bookwhen booking system.

By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy Due to the bespoke nature of the Wizarding World Workshop, significant preparation (including the 8+ hours of 3D printing, sanding, and hand-priming of custom wand components) is completed prior to the event date based on exact attendee numbers. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows:

More than 72 hours notice: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the start time of the booked workshop will be eligible for a refund, minus a £3.00 administrative fee per transaction to cover non-refundable payment processing charges. Alternatively, we are happy to transfer your booking to a future workshop date at no extra cost (subject to availability).

Less than 72 hours notice: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time are strictly non-refundable, as your physical materials will have already been prepped and your seat reserved.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or late arrivals. Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start time so we can begin the magic promptly!

1. Transfers and 'Take-Home' Kits

Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member at no extra cost. Please notify us of the name change prior to the workshop.

Take-Home Option: If you miss the event due to an unforeseen emergency within the non-refundable window, please contact us! While we cannot refund the ticket, we will gladly pack your pre-primed wand components and a small selection of paints for you to collect from TableTop Tales Fermanagh to complete your masterpiece at home.

1. Event Cancellation by Organiser
   In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a workshop (e.g., due to illness, severe weather, or venue issues), you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of a full refund (with no admin fee deducted) or a transfer to a rescheduled date.

2. Health, Safety & Liability

Supervision: All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult remains responsible for the child's supervision, behavior, and safety at all times during the workshop.

Materials: We use water-based acrylic paints. While we try to keep the magic tidy, we highly recommend wearing appropriate clothing that you don't mind getting a little creative splatter on. We accept no liability for damage to clothing or personal items.

Small Parts: The workshop involves small components which may present a choking hazard. This activity is strictly recommended for ages 5 and up.

1. Photography & Social Media We may occasionally take photos or short videos during the workshop for promotional use on our social media pages. If you prefer not to be photographed, or do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform the workshop host upon arrival and we will gladly respect your privacy.
