Her aim is to guide people through the vehicle of the practice, physically, mentally and or spiritually, for their benefit.
Tara left her corporate life to train as a yoga teacher after many years of being a practitioner, in order to help others experience the healing benefits and equilibrium stemming from a regular yoga practice. Watching a person's journey back to themselves and the joy that brings is priceless.
