Up to 24 hours prior to the start of your single class or class block, bookings can be cancelled for a refund or transferred to another day/time. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before a single class or the start of a class block will be charged in full. Classes cancelled due to instructor illness will be credited back to your Bookwhen account via a credit voucher.
