How Event Booking Works

Our workshops are released at the start of each month. First, we put them up on our website for preview along with the date they open for bookings. We do this so that you can decide on the date that works for you without worrying that you are not going to have enough time to book.
Then on the specified date, using the same link, they will be bookable.

Please be aware that Bookwhen charges a booking fee when booking your class.

Refund policy

Class Enrolment and Refund Policies

A full refund (minus $25 administration fee) will be given if you cancel 3 weeks prior to the class starting.

A 50% refund will be given if you cancel 2 weeks prior to a class starting.

No refund will be given if your cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the class starting date.

All refunds will incur a processing fee of 2.9%

(Exceptions are only made in the event of extenuating circumstances, but require a doctor's note or written request describing the situation, and must be approved by the Executive Director.)

Tuition is due in full at time of registration.

Classes with insufficient enrolment will be cancelled and payment fully refunded.

There are no refunds or make-up classes for missed classes.

Tuition is non-transferable.

Clay, tools and firing fees are not included in tuition, unless specifically stated for that class.
