TEMPO CIC provides mentoring and social connection for North Devon teenagers (12-16).

TEMPO Meet is a weekly social session for friendship, confidence and life skills. Currently we meet on Thursdays in Central Barnstaple.
Low-pressure activities, themed meetups, guest specialists and plenty of time to connect.
It’s designed with neurodiverse needs in mind (clear routines, choice, sensory-aware options).

TEMPO Hub will pilot in September 2026 and will offer 10 hours per week as a mentoring hub with trusted adult mentors guiding students to set goals and to grow in confidence alongside their peers.
