The session provides you with all the tools you need to feel fully informed, prepared and ready to birth your baby with confidence and ensure you leave with the knowledge and confidence to make the choices that feel right for you.

ONE TO ONE PRIVATE ANTENATAL: Are you struggling to find antenatal sessions that fit with your busy life, do you prefer to have an antenatal session all to yourself, maybe groups aren't your thing? Then booking a one to one is the perfect alternative! Join me at a date and time to suit you, for 3.5 hours of labour and birth preparation for yourself and a partner (if applicable).
