It is aimed at staff and volunteers who have a working knowledge of the benefits system. It will be particularly useful to those who have been on previous training and are looking to extend their access to our advice service.

Two weeks before the course, you will receive an email with a link to the webinar and a short survey asking you about your current benefits interests. The most common issues will be covered in the webinar.
