Refund Policy - The Afternoon Spot
We know life with little ones can be unpredictable, so we always aim to keep things as flexible and stress-free as possible.
If you can no longer attend your session, please cancel your booking as early as you can so another family may take the space.
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund.
For cancellations within 24 hours, please email bex@theafternoonspot.com and we will always do our best to transfer your booking to another session where possible.
If we ever need to cancel or change a session, you will be offered an alternative session, credit, or full refund.
