Class Refund & Cancellation Policy

I understand that life gets busy and plans can change! To keep things fair for everyone and ensure a smooth experience, please review my cancellation and refund policy below:
Cancellation & Credit Policy

24+ Hours Notice:

If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You’ll receive a full class credit to use at a future date. Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of cancellation.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice:

Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a credit or refund, as your spot has already been reserved and may not be filled at short notice.

No Shows

If you miss a class without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no credit or refund will be given.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made through Bookwhen. The timestamp of your cancellation request will determine eligibility for a credit .
