Refund policy

Please note - payments of bookings show up on your bank statement as JPWORNHAM. Any formal disputed payments after booking will result in an additional £25 admin fee to cover the costs involved, payable within 7 days of a settled or withdrawn dispute.

Workshop Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds for Client Cancellations:

    • Clients may cancel their workshop booking subject to the following conditions:
      • Full refund less a £5 admin fee if cancellation is made 7 days before the scheduled class.
      • 50% refund if cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the scheduled class.
      • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class.
  2. Refunds for Class Cancellations:

    • A full refund will be granted if the workshop is cancelled by the tutor or venue for any reason.
  3. Cancellation Process:

    • To cancel your workshop booking, please notify us via email at jpwornham@yahoo.com.
    • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the booking.
  4. Exceptions:

    • Refunds will not be granted for no-shows or partial attendance.
    • If a client fails to attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

By booking a workshop with JPWORNHAM (THE CREATIVE SPA), you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of our workshop refund policy and in the event of formal disputes as stated above.
