Cancellations & Transfers:
If you notify us more than 24 hours before your booked session:
• You may transfer your booking to another available session of the same type.
• Transfers are subject to availability.
• Alternatively, you may request a credit to use towards a future booking.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given:
• Bookings cannot be transferred.
• No credit or refund will be issued.

This policy enables us to plan staffing, materials and session numbers fairly whilst offering places to those on our waiting list.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:
• The Girlhood Space cancels a session and no suitable alternative date can be offered.
• A duplicate booking has been made in error.
• Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of The Girlhood Space management.

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Missed sessions.
• Illness or change of personal circumstances where less than 24 hours’ notice has been given.
• Non-attendance.
• Arriving late or leaving a session early.
Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Missed Sessions
If a participant does not attend a booked session without prior notice:
• The session will be considered used.
• No refund, credit or transfer will be available.
