All bookings are non-refundable, and payments are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
However, customers may be eligible for one booking reschedule, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 14 days before the original booking date.
Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the booking date are not eligible.
The new booking date is subject to availability.
Once a booking has been rescheduled, no further changes or rescheduling will be permitted.
