One ticket gives admission for one adult maximum 4 children on the date and time specified. (please provide names of all children attending)

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your session. If you need to cancel after this time you will have to contact us directly via

Failure to not inform us of your non attendance by 8am on the day of your session will result in a cancellation fee of the session price

We ask that if you have been in close contact (living with) of someone testing positive to COVID-19 PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THIS APPLIES EVEN IF VACCINATED AND BOOSTED

If you use the center car park for drop off or parking please enter your registration number into a keypad when you arrive- this will be in the entrance on the wall to your left- any cars not logged in will receive a £60 fine.
