The Soothe session focuses on considered movements designed to improve coordination, flexibility, and overall body awareness by guiding you to pay close attention to your sensations while moving through a series of carefully crafted exercises, often done lying down on the floor; it's a practice that helps you learn how to learn movement by becoming more aware of your body's subtle sensations and patterns. How you move is all about how you move through life.
After a class, clients have reported feeling calmer, more grounded and at ease in their mind and body.
You will practise on a carpeted floor, or if you have a hard floor, throw a yoga mat with a blanket on top.
Wear layers of clothes that you can easily move around in. You won't have to watch the screen but please make sure that you are visible from head to feet - place yourself sideways to the camera so that I can easily see you to guide you.
