The Milky Club Antenatal Group Feeding Workshops

WHAT IS IT?

• An interactive and informative infant feeding workshop that will leave you feeling prepared to welcome your little one with confidence.
• Wide range of areas will be covered, including: biologically normal newborn behaviour, skin to skin, introducing bottles, and what to expect during the early days and weeks.
• Led by a fully accredited and insured (with the Federation of Antenatal Educators) Breastfeeding Counsellor/Infant Feeding Coach and Antenatal Educator.
• Group workshops are available monthly both in person and online.

WHO IS IT FOR?

• Most suitable for expectant parents from 20 weeks (can attend earlier if super keen to prepare!), up until you're due to give birth.
• Partners are very welcome (and encouraged) to attend at no extra cost.

NOT JUST A WORKSHOP:

• Workshop attendees will receive a Colostrum Harvesting Kit and Goodie Bag (online attendees will receive theirs through the post)
• You will also be emailed lots of helpful infant feeding resources and 'how-to' guides.
• All attendees will receive a follow up phone call once baby is here.
