All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you can reschedule your session up to 48 hours before, if we have the availability to do so. Please note that the session you are offered may not be the same as the one you originally booked. We will always try our best to accommodate where we can, but this isn’t always possible. You are welcome to offer your session to someone else, but we must be informed via email at least 24 hours before, so we know who to expect at the session.
