All purchases at The Parent Space are non-refundable. In the event that a service or booking cannot be used, we are happy to provide account credit that can be applied toward future visits, memberships, or programs.

Credits issued will remain valid for 12 months from the date they are applied.

Memberships

Parent Space memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time, provided cancellation is submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date. If cancellation is requested after this window, the upcoming billing cycle will process as scheduled and the membership will remain active through that period.

Membership fees already processed are non-refundable, but any unused time may be applied as account credit when appropriate.
