Hello and welcome!

My name is Gabby Kanyo. I teach yoga and mindfulness, and I am also a practicing psychotherapist, treating most anxiety disorders and depression. Hopefully you’ve arrived to this page because you are interested in booking yoga classes.

Here are some basics you might want to know before booking:
Booking is essential for all classes. Online payment is processed by Stripe.

I ask you to fill out the health form attached to the main booking page, and send it back electronically or bring it to class printed.
If you’re new to yoga please feel free to get in touch and ask questions, I am happy to help.

Cancellations:
If you cannot attend a class and are able to give me more than 24 hours’ notice, then you can either cancel and ask for a refund, which I am happy to process (this may take a few days).
or
You can transfer your booking (please get in touch if you need assistance with this) through the system.

If you cancel a class with less than 24 hours’ notice, you can still transfer your ticket over to a different booking but I cannot offer you a refund.

Bad weather:
Some of the classes are currently held outdoors.
Most weather conditions will allow for classes to go ahead.

If the forecast on the day is clearly showing adverse weather, the class will be cancelled and everyone booked in notified.
In this case everyone booked on it entitled for a full refund or an option to transfer the booking to another class.
