Join me on Sundays for this powerful blend of strength, stillness, and purposeful movement.
This is a movement-based class, and standing poses should be performed barefoot or with special grip socks.
All equipment — mats, blocks, bricks, blankets and bolsters — is provided, but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
The studio is heated to a comfortable level, though we recommend bringing layers as the body can cool quickly during relaxation.
Water is available in the studio area.
