Maxine’s style of teaching is caring and encouraging. She wants you to feel free to explore the capabilities of your own body, respect your boundaries and learn how to heal and protect it. By blending strong, grounded hatha practises with the release elements of Yin, the Rest and Restore elements of Yoga Nidra and Restorative she believes that each practise can help create the perfect balance between flexibility and stability in both body and mind. Qualified 200hr Hatha teacher, 50hr Yin, 50hr Yoga Nidra, 50hr Trauma Informed Restorative Yoga, Studied Mindfulness and Meditation and Yoga as Medicine (vagus nerve training)
