Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed via PayPal back to your original payment method.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable, as your space has already been reserved.

If a class is cancelled by Kirsty Lillian / SJFITNESS AND HEALTH, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.

Refunds are issued in accordance with PayPal’s Terms & Conditions and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
