Refund policy

TWBB Payments and Cancellation policy. (updates January 2026)
All Massage & Guided stretch therapies
• Paying online is mandatory for the first appointment for Massage therapies. This is due to an information gathering form that will need to be completed prior the appointment.
• Ongoing appointments maybe payable on attendance, via cash or card, by mutual agreement.
• Treatment plans are payable at time of agreement and are non-transferable and have a time limit, as per the treatment plan.
• Free Cancellations: Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment time with no additional charge.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur the full appointment amount being due.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Clients must cancel by

Late Arrival Policy
• If a client arrives 10–15 minutes late, we will try to accommodate but would only be able to offer the time remining in the booked appointment.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and full charge payable.
Exceptions
These are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Emergency situations
• Unavoidable circumstances
Practitioner cancelled appointments.
• In the event of the practitioner cancelling your appointment, due to ill health, unavoidable circumstances, a transfer to another appointment will be offered.

Prepaid & Treatment Plans
• Prepaid sessions or packages must follow the same cancellation rules.
• No refunds on packages already redeemed.
• All need to be used within the time frame agreed in personalised treatment plan.
• No transfers to other persons allowed.

Therapeutic Guided Yoga Practices
• Free Cancellations: Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the practice, with no additional charge.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the practice, will incur the full appointment amount being due.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their practice without notice, will be charged 100% of the practice cost.
How to Cancel

• Transfers are open to online bookings to self-manage.
Late Arrival Policy
• If a client arrives late, this will result in non-admittance due to the safety& disruption to others (we secure the door at the start time).
