The Wellbeing Circle

The Wellbeing Circle supports the emotional, social and overall wellbeing of children and adults through an integrative, nature/ person-centred approach. We promote and facilitate playful spaces where people can connect, reflect and grow.
Our approach is rooted in ecotherapy and participants engage at their own pace.

We recognise that regular, meaningful connection with nature builds resilience, confidence and a deeper sense of wellbeing.
Our flagship programme now takes place entirely outdoor among beautiful trees, and we will continue to offer nature immersive experiences in vibrant environments where healthy relationships can develop through mindful, creative and self-aware practice.

About our lead facilitator:
Natali Castro
Certified in: Level 3 Nature Based Facilitator, Coming of Age mentor, Yoga and Mindfulness for children teacher, Physical Theatre Performer.
Social Communication BA - Communicology MA.
I am the director of The Wellbeing Circle and facilitator leader of The Forest Circle. I'm also an outdoor physical performer inspired by nature and all things outdoor.
My approach to education is humanist and ecological, understanding people as part of nature itself.

We are proud to be a diverse and inclusive organisation, supporting people from different cultural, ethnic and social backgrounds.

All facilitators, assistants and volunteers are DBS checked. Lead facilitators hold safeguarding and paediatric, outdoors first aid certified training. Assistants and volunteers engage in ongoing training.
We are a member of the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Collision (CYPMHC).

Join the circle. See you soon!
