Vinyasa Flow class with Julia. Always starting with a brief relaxation and a pearl of wisdom this class is creatively sequenced but will also make sure you warm up and work with a specific muscle group and category of postures to get maximum physical and energetic effect from the practice. There will also be a guided relaxtion at the end of every session.
