Welcome to my schedule page where you can book onto classes and memberships.
Pilates runs Monday evening at Chesham Youth Club. It is a modern blend of fitness conditioning utilising the core mat moves of Joseph Pilates. Set to a music backdrop the class focusses on core stability, mobility and strength of the whole body including abdominals, back, shoulders, and glutes as part the core. These classes are run by Sheila Preston and designed for general healthy populations of all ages. Please bring a pilates mat to classes and ensure you have completed a health questionnaire.

B-Fit women's lean and strong resistance programme runs twice a week in my garden gym, a sheltered secluded space, under the trees and protected from the elements. In a small group under close supervision you will learn how to use resistance equipment (TRX suspension, weights and bands) to tone up and become stronger and leaner. These are fun, small classes and are ideal if you don't like gyms and like the support of the group. There's an app with extra workouts, a whatsapp accountability group, and the opportunity to join in with challenges, walks and excursions.
