We understand that plans can change or illness can occur. If you cannot make your booked session, please access your booking online before 1 hour in advance of the session starting and you can either cancel or move your booking to another available date.
Transfers are subject to availability, up to 2 weeks after the cancelled session, and must be arranged in advance; unfortunately we cannot offer swaps for missed sessions without notice.
