Customers may cancel their Play Session up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled event to receive a partial refund. The refund issued will be the total booking cost less a 20% processing fee.
Cancellations made inside of the 72-hour window, or failure to attend the session ("no-shows"), result in the forfeiture of the full booking fee.
