Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel a course if there is a problem with the venue or the class size. In the event of cancellation, your course fee will be returned and will endeavour to offer you an opportunity to attend another course. If we have to cancel a class, we will offer a pro rata refund for the cancel class(es) or replace the class at another time.
We understand that life with a new born is hectic and sometimes things don’t work out as expected, therefore you may need to cancel a booking with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to give refunds for cancellations once a booking is made by payment. Should you need to cancel your booking, we will transfer your booking, where possible to the next available course.
We cannot offer a refund for a missed class and we are unable to roll the class over into any other course, however every effort will be made to show the massage strokes in the following class during the recap section.
