Refund policy

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, we are happy to transfer your booking to another session, or provide credit, as long as you let us know at least 7 days before the event.

Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If Torus Tree needs to cancel or move an event, you will be offered either a transfer or a full refund.
