Time Out Therapies Pilates Classes
Osteopath-led Clinical Pilates classes are offered by Sandra via Zoom link. This exercise regime, founded by Joseph Pilates and adapted for modern day lifestyles, will promote core stability, flexibility, endurance, postural and body awareness, whilst also providing a workout for the mind, as concentration on every movement is vital. With practise and repetition, your technique will become more precise, thereby reducing any existing compensatory muscle patterns as your body re-learns how to move in a correct and functional manner.
The mat-based classes are suitable for anyone who are able to get on and off the floor.
New to Pilates?
Before enrolling for regular classes, you will need to complete an Absolute Beginners course and a health screening questionnaire, so that I can understand your exercise aims and ensure it's safe for you to participate. The Absolute Beginners course is 4-weeks long and prepares you for regular Beginners Classes. Once you complete a course I will give you a password to enable you to book further classes.

Please note, in order to progress onto an Advanced class you need to be injury free and have worked at an intermediate level for approximately 1 year (prior Pilates class attendance will be taken into consideration).
Private Classes / Rehabilitation:
One-to-one and one-to-two classes are also available, please contact me on email@example.com to discuss your requirements. Sessions are £42 for 45 minutes.
